We’re Hiring!

We’re looking for coaches who bring both structure and positivity to the gym — ones who hold athletes to high standards with clear expectations and consistent discipline, while also encouraging progress with enthusiasm and support.

The ideal candidates will:

  • Maintain structure and accountability in a positive, respectful way
  • Adapt their coaching style to fit preschool, recreational, and competitive team athletes
  • Be open to helping where needed as the gym continues to grow and evolve
  • Have strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
  • Be reliable, proactive, and passionate about helping kids develop skills, confidence and character

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in women’s artistic gymnastics, particularly in beam, floor, and choreography
  • Ability to teach and refine artistry, performance quality, and clean technical execution
  • Experience developing floor routines and enhancing athlete presence

Hisham Ismail

Successful competitive gymnast and coach

Hisham was born and raised in Egypt before relocating to the United States in 2015. His journey in gymnastics began at just three years old, fueled by a deep passion for the sport. He dedicated countless hours to training as a competitive gymnast under the guidance of multiple international coaches. While Hisham thrived as a competitor, he eventually discovered his true calling in coaching.

Known for his extensive technical knowledge and keen attention to detail, Hisham stands out as a coach who inspires excellence. His diverse experience includes coaching internationally, working with both boys and girls, training elite and college-bound athletes, and contributing at an Olympic-level gym. Hisham’s mission as a coach is to challenge his students, help them realize their full potential, and support those aiming for college scholarships or international competition in achieving their dreams.
