In this 55-minute class, students will begin working on the basics. Focus will be on flexibility, coordination, and spatial awareness. Some examples of skills taught in rec 1 are cartwheels, backwards rolls, and pull overs.
Rec 2
55 Minutes 1x/Week
$135/Month
In this 55-minute class, students build off what they learned in Rec 1. Focus will be on self-discipline, conditioning, and spatial and shaping. Some examples of skills taught in rec 2 are round-offs, handstands on beam, and glides.
Rec 3
1 Hr 15 Min 1x/Week
$150/Month
In this 1 hour 15-minute class, students will build off what they learned in Rec 1 and Rec 2. Focus will shift to working on more skills. Some examples of skills taught in rec 3 are vault landings, front support mount on beam, candlestick roll on floor, and cast-on for bars.
Rec 4
1 Hr 45 Min 1x/Week
$175/Month
In this 1 hour 45-minute class, students will build off what they learned in Rec 1, Rec 2, and Rec 3. Focus will be on cleaning up skills learned in Rec 3 and adding in some new skills. Some examples of skills taught in rec 4 are handstand flatback on vault, arabesque on beam, lunge to handstand on floor, and back hip circles on bars.
