Gymnastics Summer Camp
Where energy meets excitement and skills soar to new heights! Designed for kids 5+ years old, of all skill levels, from beginners to aspiring gymnasts, our camp offers a fun, safe and supportive environment to learn and grow. We offer full-day and half-day options. Full week, multi-day and single day options available.
Each day is packed with:
- Daily Gymnastics Training (floor, bars, beam, vault, etc.)
- Skill-building drills and challenges
- Creative games and team building activities
- Confidence-boosting fun and friendships
Snacks are included! Some examples of our camp snacks are oranges, apples, string cheese, Goldfish crackers, graham crackers, yogurt, and apple sauce. Snacks are selected at random each morning to keep things fresh and fun.
Competitive Edge Training Camp
The International Elite Competitive Edge Camp is a high-level technical training camp designed for Developmental Program Levels 3–7 and Xcel team athletes who are looking to refine skills, build confidence, and gain a competitive advantage heading into the season.
This camp will focus on proper technique, skill development, and progression drills across all four events. Athletes will work through targeted stations, drills, and skill progressions designed to strengthen fundamentals while safely advancing their abilities.
Our experienced coaches will emphasize clean technique, body shaping, power, and consistency—the key elements that separate good routines from great ones.

Throughout the camp, athletes will also work on strength, flexibility, shaping, and air awareness, all essential components for safe and successful skill progression.
