Cross-training

Training across multiple sports, also known as cross-training, can help give your athlete a competitive edge. Research has shown that cross-training improves performance, and may also provide added benefits, such as reducing the chance of burnout, lowering the risk of injury, and providing a more balanced level of fitness.

An annual enrollment fee of $35 will apply to initial enrollment.

In this 45-minute co-ed cross-training class, we help your athlete expand their level of fitness using gymnastics fundamentals to improve their flexibility, strength, power, balance, coordination, agility, and reflexes.
